Chronic pain is both mental and physical. Some days I’m in mental agony and can barely dress myself, other days my legs are so painful I don’t do anything.

Mental health and physical health can both be painful, even if we don’t have any bruises to show for it. It can be totally debilitating, especially when it’s not taken seriously. I lose sleep, lose my appetite, lock myself away - and it’s OK.
