Along with glow-in-the-dark eyes, this Barreleye fish pin also has a semi-transparent part of its head, simulating the jelly filled dome these wonderful creatures have.

For best results, allow the eyes to "charge" in direct sunlight, but any strong light will do.

Also known as a "Spook Fish" Barreleyes are found in the Mesopelagic zone (around 600m-800m deep) and have a jelly filled dome covering their barrel shaped eyes.
